RETURN POLICY

 

Each piece is individually inspected by our staff prior to shipping. We provide experienced White Glove Service. This company will inspect it again before the product is blanket wrapped. If it is shipped via Fedex Ground , after inspection, we use protective wrapping before being placed in a  cardboard box..

WE REQUIRE THAT UPON DELIVERY OF THE ITEM OR ITEMS PURCHASED AND BEFORE SIGNING THE “RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION’ AGREEMENT FORM, YOU THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE. IF THERE IS DAMAGE, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT AND REFUSE DELIVERY. ONCE THIS DOCUMENT IS SIGNED WE WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY CLAIMS REGARDING DAMAGED PIECES.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN R.A.FORM (return authorization form issued by our company).

REASONS TO OBTAIN AN R.A. FORM;

  1. MERCHANDISE IS NOT WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. (PLEASE NOTE THE PARAGRAPH IN WHICH WE DO EXPLAIN THE SLIGHT VARIATIONS THAT ARE TO BE EXPECTED FROM  A HAND MADE PIIECE ).
  2. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A PIECE IS RETURNED FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN STATED ABOVE, THE HANDLING FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED AND THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL RE-STOCKING FEE OF $150.00. OO, PLUS THE FULL RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES. (return freight  charges vary depending on the size and  weight  of the individual piece). WE WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT THIS FREIGHT BEFORE WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED WILL BE THE  CORRECT SIZE FOR THE SPACE YOU HAVE  IN MIND. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE FURNITURE DOES NOT FIT IN THE SPACE OR ROOM YOU ORDERED IT FOR.
